PACKFIRE is returning to Outdoor Media Summit in Asheville, North Carolina, September 28–30, with a larger presence and several products introduced this year. The company will sponsor the New Gear Campout and take part in the conference’s New Gear Speed Date, where media and creators can see its equipment firsthand.
At the pre-conference Campout, PACKFIRE plans to provide fire pits and s’mores supplies. Founder Jeff Polke will be there to meet with attendees and discuss the company’s growing lineup.
The New Gear Speed Date will feature four products PACKFIRE says it launched in 2026: the Ember 10-inch Smokeless Table Top Fire Pit, Spark Ranger, Splitter Kit, and LNT Ash Pan. Attendees will also be able to see its original flat-packing fire pit and Clearburn™ firewood and fuel collection.
PACKFIRE’s flagship product is a 22-inch foldable fire pit designed to fit into a custom backpack. The company says its tool-free setup and fold-flat design make it suitable for camping, beach trips, and tailgating. Its Clearburn™ system is designed to reduce smoke by recirculating heat and burning smoke again.
“We set out to create more than just a fire pit,” Polke said in the company’s announcement. “We wanted a centerpiece for connection—where stories are shared, laughter lingers, and the glow of the day carries on.”
For kayak anglers planning a shore lunch or an overnight trip, PACKFIRE’s portable fire gear may be worth a look. We have not tested these products, so details about setup, smoke output, and portability here reflect the company’s claims.
The lineup is available through PACKFIRE’s website, Amazon, and select retailers.
